MEMORIES

THERE COMES A TIME WHEN WE MUST SAY GOODBY.   GOOD BYE IS NOT EASY TO SAY,  BUT WE DO HOLD FAST TO OUR MEMORIES OF THE ONES WE LOVE,  THERE IS NOTHING THAT CAN TAKE THOSE AWAY FROM US.  SO.......UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN, A LOVING TRIBUTE TO THOSE THAT HAVE GONE BEFORE US.

JESSICA

APRIL 19TH, 2014

GLWR offers their deepest sympathies to Carol and family.  This past weekend they had to help their loved Jessica across the Rainbow Bridge.  We know they are missing her terribly and will keep them close in thought and prayer.

DR. ROC TROIKE

December 25th, 2013

Our deepest sympathies to the family of Dr. Roc.  He was a friend, supporter and lover of Westies and we will miss him deeply.  With love and tears we say goodbye to a gentle and inspiring man who impacted each of us.

FINN

May, 2013

We are deeply heart broken by the loss of Finn.  His family let us know that he escaped his fenced yard and was killed.  Our deepest sympathy, we know they are devastated as is everyone at GLWR.

CHERIE ISAKSON

March 15, 2013

With saddness we announce the passing of a great Westie lover and owner.  Pastor Cherie Isackson worked tirelessly within her church and by her side were her loved Westies as she carried out her duties.  Our deepest sympathy to her family, friends and parishoners.  Cherie will be deeply missed.

BOOKER

October 12, 2012

Heroic efforts were not enough to prevent liver failure, so this morning Booker was peacefully helped to cross the Rainbow  Bridge.  Booker was one of GLWR's first rescues and this little guy holds a very special place in our hearts.  We send our sympathies to the family, Booker will be greatly missed.
